We’re glad you’re interested in moving forward with a silvopasture planting! We’re here to help your project come together. The two main ways we can be of help are described below.
Option A: Brainstorm + Q&A. We will schedule a 45-minute session to go over your farm goals and give a second opinion on your tree planting plans. If you’ve been giving a lot of thought to adding trees to your operation and want to bounce your ideas off of a consultant, this is a great option. We can quickly highlight details you may have missed and point you to valuable resources. We can share what we’ve learned so you don’t have to learn the hard way.
Option B: Comprehensive Plan Writing. We will start from scratch to develop a detailed plan for your operation including your goals, priority areas, livestock, and farm context. Working together, we’ll develop a phased strategy to achieve your vision.

It’s the most comprehensive, step-by-step guide to getting trees established in active pastures that there is and written specifically for graziers. The guide will give you the foundational knowledge you need to get started.

In addition to consulting, TFG also has planting & maintenance staff as well as silvopasture-specific nursery stock in order to provide complete project implementation from start to finish.
