SilvoPro Summer Field Day 2023

Come out to learn from the first silvopasture Trees For Graziers installed, which is now in year 4 since planting, and starting to resemble a mature system. You’ll learn about tree species selection, protection methods, funding sources, shade for heat stress abatement, using tree fodder and more.

When: August 24, 2023. 9AM-3PM. Lunch is included.

Where: Fiddle Creek Dairy. 97 Loop Rd. Quarryville PA

Cost: Event is provided for free through a grant from Northeast SARE

Who should come: Content will be geared towards professionals in the ag and conservation space, both TSPs and farmers that are ready to establish silvopasture. Registration capped at 20 participants to foster an in-depth learning experience.
